    Often there are stumbling blocks in life that an individual has to approach and handle in daily life. You may be experiencing depression, anxiety, stress and frustration. Counseling can provide a safe and nonjudgmental place to talk. The confident nature of counseling means you can safely talk about difficult events or relationships. Counseling helps empower you and equip you to deal with difficult feelings , and difficult situations you are experiencing.

    Some of my favorite approaches in the counseling process are cognitive behavioral therapy which assist with identifying and changing negative beliefs which affects your feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. Another favorite approach is EMDR which helps one to heal from symptoms of emotional distress resulting from disturbing life experiences.
