Using a client-centered approach I offer a safe, non-judgmental place, where you can be your true self. I provide individual, pre-marital, and couples counseling. Together we can figure out what brings you to me. And it is my desire to assist you to build the skills necessary so you can lead a healthier life.

Some of my favorite approaches in the counseling are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) which both help to heal from symptoms of emotional distress resulting from trauma and disturbing life experiences.
